Return & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! However, due to the nature of unstitched fabric and hygiene concerns, we do not offer returns unless:

  • You receive a wrong item, or

  • Your product is damaged or defective.

To request an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Shipping costs for exchanges (if applicable) will be the customer’s responsibility unless the error was on our end.
